We designed end-to-end AI automation for the HR lifecycle, beginning with intelligent CV screening and candidate ranking that reduced the time from application to shortlist from days to minutes. Automated interview scheduling, communication workflows, and document collection removed the administrative back-and-forth that consumed recruiter time. A structured digital onboarding system ensured every new hire received a consistent, high-quality start regardless of their manager's capacity at the time.
