Complex interfaces, confusing terminology, high slippage on popular pairs, and a lack of educational context made Web3 trading accessible only to the technically proficient. There was a clear gap in the market for a platform that brought professional-grade trading tools together with an interface that welcomed newcomers.

HubFactory was built around the principle that Web3 trading should feel as intuitive as using a modern fintech app. We designed the interface with progressive disclosure — simple by default, with deeper features available for experienced users without cluttering the core experience. Under the hood, smart order routing ensures users always access the best available liquidity across multiple DEX protocols without needing to manage this manually.

HubFactory offers a wide range of supported cryptocurrencies with real-time pricing, smart order routing for optimal execution, an integrated portfolio tracker, built-in educational tooltips contextualised to each action, fiat on-ramp integration for first-time buyers, and a clean mobile-first interface designed for trading on the go.

HubFactory onboarded a significant proportion of first-time DEX users who cited the interface as the reason they chose the platform over alternatives. User retention at the 30-day mark was substantially higher than industry benchmarks, driven by the educational layer that helped new users grow in confidence over time. Trading volumes scaled rapidly following launch as word spread through crypto communities.

The roadmap includes advanced trading features including limit orders, automated DCA strategies, and yield optimisation recommendations powered by AI analysis of on-chain data. A social trading layer is planned that will allow users to follow and mirror the strategies of top performers on the platform, further lowering the barrier to informed participation in crypto markets.
