Real estate has historically been one of the most inaccessible asset classes for everyday investors due to the prohibitive capital requirements of direct property ownership. Institutional investors and the wealthy have long benefited from stable, appreciating real assets while most people remained locked out. Meanwhile, property owners with high-value assets had limited liquidity options beyond selling outright or taking on debt.

Our Approach

We built RealHub on a blockchain infrastructure that tokenises real property assets, breaking them into fractional ownership shares that any investor can purchase with minimal capital. Smart contracts govern ownership records, income distribution, and governance rights automatically, removing the need for intermediaries and making the entire process transparent and auditable on-chain. Legal compliance was baked into the token structure from day one, with KYC and jurisdiction-aware controls.

Key Features

RealHub features a property tokenisation engine for on-chain representation of real-world assets, a fractional investment marketplace with real-time pricing, automated rental income distribution to token holders via smart contract, a secondary market for trading ownership shares, and a compliance layer managing regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Impact & Results

RealHub enabled a new category of investor to access premium real estate assets previously available only to institutions, democratising a multi-trillion dollar asset class. Properties listed on the platform were fully subscribed in an average of 11 days. Token holders began receiving automated income distributions within one month of investment, with no administrative overhead on their part.

What's Next

The platform roadmap includes expansion into commercial real estate and development projects, allowing investors to participate from the ground up. A DeFi lending layer will allow token holders to borrow against their fractional holdings, providing liquidity without forcing a sale. Geographic expansion into new regulatory jurisdictions is also planned to grow the accessible property portfolio.
